Our team of commercial appraisers provides well researched, high quality reports that are reader friendly to our clients. The majority of our commercial appraisal work is concentrated in the Piedmont and Western region of North Carolina, and northern and western South Carolina. Most of our appraisers have state authorization to practice as a General Appraiser in North Carolina and South Carolina. Temporary licenses are available in other states. Appraisal Fees are determined by the complexity of the assignment, the type of appraisal report requested, and the client's completion time requirement.
